Just reviewed with a patient that she has decreased her "disability index" from 49 % to 5 %. How to you think she feels about that? Ecstatic is the word for this 70 year lady. Kudos to her for sticking with this plan. Took her about 6 months, but worth every step of the way! Now on-wards to wellness care...a 1x/month tune up..
